Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be amazed how rare that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, following it acts once it saved but nada.

Interface looks later than Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Why doesnt instagram private photos viewer just let us pull off this? I mean, TikTok lets you save in imitation of audio (sorta), but IG acts with Reels are nuclear instigation codes. Wild.

But here's the thingI cant acknowledge if its real. I downloaded the APK, ran it upon a burner phone (dont consider me), and it kinda worked? Downloads were clean. But my antivirus app threw a tantrum.
If youre adventurous (and paranoid), try it. Just dont blame me if your phone starts ordering pizza on its own.

Real Talk: Should You Even Be con This?
Ugh. Im torn. on one hand, I get it. We desire to keep that reel. pretense it to friends. Watch offline. most likely meme it later.
But creators deserve credit. suitably here's my rule: I only download Reels if Im using them personally. Never reposting. Never monetizing. Just hoarding, tbh.
Also, if a Reel has 10K+ likes, itll probably rouse forever. But that tiny bay one taking into consideration 34 likes? Might disappear neighboring week. thus yeah. Sometimes you gotta save.

Weird trick I found. You glue the Reel URL into IGReelTXT, and it spits out a .txt file behind the audio link, thumbnail URL, and a hidden MP4 file link. Its once IGs debug data or something.
Totally nerdy. But it works.
